Pascual is a wood-fired Mexican bistro on Capitol Hill from The Popal Group (TPG), D.C.’s Afghan family-run boutique hospitality group behind award-winning concepts including Lapis, Lutèce, Maison, and LaPop. Rooted in fire, flavor, and heritage, Pascual is named for San Pasqual, the patron saint of cooks, and reflects Chef Isabel Coss’s deep connection to Mexico City and her decades of culinary experience. Since opening in February 2024, Pascual has earned national recognition, including accolades from Eater and inclusion in the Michelin Guide.
