We’re honored to host David Suro and his son and beverage director Dan Suro, 2026 James Beard Award semifinalists for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service for their work with Tequilas & La Jefa.
David has spent decades championing authentic Mexican cuisine and agave culture, from founding Siembra Spirits to co-authoring the James Beard Award–winning book Agave Spirits. Dan continues that legacy, building beverage programs rooted in transparency, tradition, and innovation.
