Trompo Takeover Series

Fire’s been our thing since 2024. Since opening, Pascual has turned heads and stoked the flame, named by Eater, Robb Report, The New York Times, The Washington Post, MICHELIN Guide, and the James Beard Foundation for our hearth-driven Mexican kitchen built around the trompo.
 

Now we pass the flame.
 

For one night, Chefs Matt Conroy & Isabel Coss welcome some of DC’s most celebrated chefs into the kitchen, each taking on the taco, their way. Creative takes rooted in classic Mexican technique, layered with Persian, Venezuelan, Japanese, Italian, Peruvian influence… y más.
