Fire’s been our thing since 2024. Since opening, Pascual has turned heads and stoked the flame, named by Eater, Robb Report, The New York Times, The Washington Post, MICHELIN Guide, and the James Beard Foundation for our hearth-driven Mexican kitchen built around the trompo. Now we share the flame.
