Pascual is a wood-fired Mexican bistro on Capitol Hill, rooted in fire, flavor, and heritage. Named for San Pasqual, the patron saint of cooks, the restaurant reflects Chef Isabel Coss’s deep connection to Mexico City and her decades of culinary experience. Since opening in February 2024, Pascual has earned national recognition, including accolades from Eater and inclusion in the Michelin Guide.
