In May 2025, Pascual continued our Mezcal with Friends series with The Cabinet Mezcal Bar for a night rooted in smoke, spirit, and storytelling.

We welcomed Diego Livera, head bartender of Cabinet, for an evening of curated mezcals, mezcal-based cocktails, and thoughtful small plate pairings designed to move with every pour.

Recognized by Wine Enthusiast as one of the Best Mezcal Bars in America and named by Food & Wine as one of the Best Places to Drink Tequila in the United States, Cabinet brought deep agave knowledge and serious craft to our table.

The room filled with layered pours, bright citrus, slow sips, and friends leaning in a little closer with every round.
