Pascual is excited to announce our next Mezcal with Friends Series with two of DC’s most talented bartenders: Kapri Robinson and Clinth Lopez!

Kapri Robinson is the founder of Chocolate City’s Best, host of the Soul Palate Podcast, and star of Netflix’s Drink Masters. Currently behind the highly awarded bar at Allegory, she was named Best American Bartender 2024 at Tales of the Cocktail and her team also recently took home the title of Best American Bar Team in 2025.

Clinth Lopez is a force in the beverage industry and currently the senior bartender at DC’s acclaimed Silver Lyan, a Top 50 North America Bar and winner of Best American Cocktail Bar in 2020. Before moving to DC, he held a leadership role at Lyaness’ New York residency. His experience also includes the Michelin-starred Bresca, Jônt, and Albi.
